Knowledge & Background
My approach to people, culture, and organizational development is rooted in years of experience across HR, leadership development, and organizational culture and psychology since 2003.
I often explain my work like this:
What happens when you place people into a well-designed strategy—and something completely unexpected occurs?
The answer is usually found in organizational culture, group dynamics, or unspoken assumptions that shape behavior beneath the surface.
To understand what is actually going on, I analyze challenges across four levels (IGLO):
- Individual
- Group
- Leader
- Organization
This helps uncover why things are not working as intended, why people drift away from the main task, and what invisible patterns may be influencing the system.
My experience spans more than 12 organizations—small to global—including Vestas, Siemens, Johnson Controls, and LEGO—across both local and corporate HR. This has shaped my specialization in how to create thriving workplaces and a sense of belonging through strong People & Culture practices.
I have a particular focus on how gifted employees may thrive with adapted recruitment, development, leadership, and people processes that acknowledge their unique ways of thinking and working.
