Why GreenRoom?
GreenRoom is short for GreenHouse MeetingRoom—a space designed to help people and organizations grow with intention and insight.
I use the greenhouse metaphor because it reflects how I work:
Just like plants, people and organizations grow differently. We thrive when we are understood as organic living systems—when the “soil,” environment, leadership, and level of support match our natural way of being. With the right conditions, we grow at a healthy pace and have enough room to plant new seeds and opportunities.
Understanding our “DNA”—how we work, think, and thrive—makes it easier to communicate what we need and to create environments where growth is possible.
Growth, Transitions & Belonging
Under the right circumstances and leadership, everyone can grow and experience flow. So the key questions become:
- What are the conditions that help you or your organization thrive?
- Have you outgrown your current space—and do you need a new environment to continue your development?
I bring experience from both sides of organizational transitions:
What happens before, during, and after restructurings, job changes, and periods where people must choose new paths. There is valuable learning in these transitions—and often more can be done internally to create better matches, especially for gifted employees who need specific conditions to feel belonging and contribute fully.
