Pilot Project – Pay It Forward
I offer a free 1-hour online reflective interview for gifted employees (IQ 130+).
The conversation is built around five reflective questions, beginning with:
“What do you wish your leader, colleagues (and employees) understood about the way you work as a gifted person?”
As we move through the remaining questions, you will gain a 360-degree reflection on yourself. Many participants discover new insights, ideas, and concrete actions that help them thrive better in their role and team.
All shared data will be used anonymously to identify patterns in how gifted employees navigate organizational contexts and may contribute to future research.
